TheraDynamics is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Skilled Nursing setting. You will evaluate and treat geriatric patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to restore independence.

Qualifications

• DPT or Master’s in PT from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible for NY PT license.
• Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New grads encouraged; mentorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic, neurological, cardiac conditions, or deconditioning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Help patients return to highest level of independence.
• Manageable caseload with respected clinical judgment.
