TheraDynamics in New York seeks a Physical Therapist to join our Skilled Nursing team, providing evidence-based geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to restore independence.

Qualifications

• DPT or Master’s in PT from an accredited program.
• Currently licensed or eligible for NY PT license.
• Interest in geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Help patients return to their highest level of independence with Manageable caseloads.
