Majestic Care of Terre Haute is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatments for residents in a skilled nursing facility. The role emphasizes improving mobility, strength, balance, and independence, with collaboration across nursing, OT, and SLP teams.

The ideal candidate holds an active Physical Therapist license, demonstrates geriatric rehabilitation expertise, and embraces evidence-based practice to promote safety and quality care.

Formación

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized PT plans.
• Provide direct PT interventions including exercises and gait training.
• Document progress and adjust plans to meet goals.
• Educate residents and families on home exercises and safety.
