Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our healthcare team, providing individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In this on-site role, you will implement PT treatment plans focused on improving mobility, safety, and quality of life.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a patient-centered culture that values dignity, respect, and clinical excellence.

Formación

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in good standing (CPTA).
• Experience providing therapy to seniors in skilled nursing or long-term care settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills (EMR).

Responsabilidades

• Implement individualized PT treatment plans to improve mobility and safety.
• Perform therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional activities.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient/caregiver education.
