Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This on-site role provides individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings, focusing on mobility, function, safety, and quality of life.

You will implement treatment plans, perform therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and document progress in EMR.

Qualifications

• Certified PTA credential required.
