Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This on-site role focuses on implementing PT plans to improve mobility, safety, and quality of life for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, perform therapeutic Exercise, gait and balance training, functional activities, and EMR documentation, while educating patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must hold CPTA certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
