Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In this on-site role, you will implement PT treatment plans focused on improving mobility, function, safety, and quality of life.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document accurately in EMR, and educate patients and caregivers.

Formación

• Must be a licensed or eligible PTA with a compassionate patient-centered approach.
• Experience with elderly populations in skilled nursing or long-term care settings is preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR documentation and care plan implementation is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Perform therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and functional activities.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility, safety and quality of life.
