Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This on-site role serves seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care, implementing PT plans to improve mobility, safety and quality of life.

You will perform therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and functional activities while documenting in EMR and educating patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Certified Physical Therapist Assistant credential.
• Experience providing therapy to seniors in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Ability to document accurately in an EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Implement PT treatment plans focused on mobility, function, safety and quality of life.
• Deliver therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional activities.
