Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In this on-site role, you will implement PT treatment plans focused on improving mobility, function, safety, and quality of life.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, perform therapeutic exercises and gait/balance training, and document progress in EMR

Qualifications

• Certified PTA in good standing.
• Experience with seniors or in long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience documenting care in EMRs.

Responsibilities

• Implement PT treatment plans for seniors.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional activities.
• Document progress accurately in EMR and educate patients and caregivers.
