Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. This on-site role focuses on implementing PT treatment plans to improve mobility, function, safety, and quality of life, through therapeutic exercise and gait/balance training.

• Valid PTA certification and licensure to practice as PTA in the US.
• Experience delivering therapy to seniors in skilled nursing/long-term care is a plus.
• Ability to document clearly and maintain patient-centered records.
