Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

In this on-site role, you will implement PT treatment plans focused on improving mobility, function, safety, and quality of life, including therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, functional activities, and accurate EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license/certification in New Jersey.
• Experience delivering therapy to seniors in long-term care settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills (EMR).
