You will implement PT treatment plans focused on improving mobility, function, safety, and quality of life for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

You will conduct therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, functional activities, and provide education for patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active CPTA certification required.
• Experience with elderly population in SNF/long-term care preferred.
• Strong documentation and care planning skills.
