Tender Touch Rehab Services in Marion, SC is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team onsite. You will help seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings by implementing PT treatment plans focused on mobility, function, safety, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, functional activities, accurate EMR documentation, and education for patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Certified Physical Therapist Assistant with licensure.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong documentation and patient education skills.
