Job summary

ChenMed LLC is seeking a Primary Care Physician (PCP) in Valley Station, Wyoming. The PCP will provide comprehensive care for patients with chronic and acute illnesses, engaging with care teams and specialists as necessary. The ideal candidate will possess an MD or DO, an active state medical license, and experience in Internal Medicine or related fields. The position offers a competitive salary range between $221,141 and $315,915, along with comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics required.
• Must hold an active State Medical License.
• Board certification in relevant specialty preferred.
• BLS certification required within first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses.
• Engage with care teams, specialists, and hospitalists as needed.
• Supervise and collaborate with Advanced Practice Practitioners.
• Maintain high-quality outcomes and seek continuous improvement.
