ChenMed LLC is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (PCP) to provide comprehensive care for older adults in Mount Airy, North Carolina. The PCP will manage patient care across various settings, engage with specialists, and lead care teams including assistants and coordinators.

The ideal candidate will possess a medical degree, an active state medical license, and a commitment to quality care. Flexibility in working hours and participation in center management are essential, along with comprehensive benefits and potential for bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be able to obtain an active State Medical License.
• Board certification in relevant specialty preferred.
• Active DEA number for schedule II–V controlled substances.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within first 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Provide care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses.
• Engage with the hospitalist when patients are hospitalized.
• Lead a care team that includes medical assistants and coordinators.
• Participate in center management and patient recruiting.
