Qualifications

• Must hold or be able to obtain an active State Medical License.
• Board certification in relevant specialty preferred.
• Active DEA number for schedule II–V controlled substances.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses.
• Engage with the hospitalist when patients are hospitalized.
• Lead a care team that includes medical assistants and coordinators.
• Participate in center management and patient recruiting.
