Flagship Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our St. George Rehabilitation team in St. George, UT.

The OTA will contribute to post-acute and geriatric care within an in-house rehab program, providing skilled, patient-centered interventions and collaborating with the care team. The ideal candidate holds an OTA license and is open to all experience levels, including new graduates.

Qualifications

• OTA license is required.
• New grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients and develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative and medically necessary treatment.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehab plan.
• Provide consultation to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Generate discharge summaries complying with regulatory requirements.
