Job summary

Magnolia Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation in Covington, TN is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver resident-centered care within our in-house therapy program. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain independence and improve quality of life.

You will provide occupational therapy services, conduct screenings and evaluations, develop treatment plans, and participate in discharge planning while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Valid state Occupational Therapist license, where applicable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation.
• Provide occupational therapy services including screening, evaluation, and treatment.
• Discharge planning and supervision of assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing occupational therapy.
