FOX Rehabilitation in Edmonds, WA is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver one-on-one in-home and senior living care under our Geriatric House Calls model. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to improve mobility and independence while building strong, lasting relationships.

Formación
- Current CPR certification is required.
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
Responsabilidades
- Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults in private residences or senior living communities.
- Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
- Document effectively within FOX's EMR system and adhere to regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists) to promote safety and independence.
- Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to enable aging in place.
