Qualifications

• Eligible for FL state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Mentoring available for new grads.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Open to sponsorship to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services in assisted and independent living communities.
• Occasionally conduct home visits as needed within the community.
• Manage caseload and educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with care teams and interdisciplinary staff.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and outcomes.
