Discovery at Home is hiring an Occupational Therapist to serve Sarasota County, Florida, in assisted living and independent living communities with possible home visits. The role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN options with mentorship for new graduates.

Salary ranges are $40–$62 per hour, with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff. Florida licensure and CPR certification are required, and sponsorship is welcome for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for Florida state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Valid driver''s license, reliable transportation, and CPR certification required.
• Prior home health experience is preferred but not required.
• Full-time availability of 40 hours per week is preferred, part-time and PRN candidates will be considered.
• Sponsorship to work in the United States is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Primarily work within assisted and independent living communities, with some home visits possible within the community.
• Geriatric patient population; most cases covered under Medicare Part A Home Health with some Part B.
• Clinicians have autonomy in determining their own caseload and daily schedule.
