Discovery at Home in Naples, FL is seeking an Occupational Therapist to serve residents in assisted and independent living communities, with some home visits. The role emphasizes geriatric care and Medicare coverage. New graduates may receive mentorship, and sponsorship is welcome.

Availability is Monday–Friday with flexible scheduling; weekend shifts are optional. A Florida license and OT degree are required to practice in this setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Occupational Therapy program is required.
• Florida state licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required.
• A valid driver’s license and CPR certification are required.

Responsabilités

• Provide OT services primarily in assisted and independent living communities with occasional home visits.
• Manage a personal caseload and daily schedule with significant clinical autonomy.
