Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to empower adults and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy in a Utah setting. Qualifications

• Licensed OT or license eligible in the state of practice (Utah).
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or geriatric rehabilitation.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL training, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming and meal preparation.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans as needed.
