Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient‑centered therapy for adults and seniors in a collaborative clinical setting.

You will evaluate patients, create personalized treatment plans, and deliver OT services focused on independence, safety, and quality of life, including ADL training and adaptive techniques. Flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT or eligible to practice in the state of Louisiana.
• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or skilled nursing settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans to improve independence and safety.
• Deliver OT services through ADL training and adaptive techniques.
• Support daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Track progress and document clinical outcomes to guide treatment plans.
