Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or license eligible in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence.
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL training, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing and grooming.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to support strong patient outcomes.
• Track patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
