Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to empower adult/geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered care. You’ll evaluate and treat adults, promoting independence, safety, and quality of life in a collaborative clinical setting.

The role offers flexible scheduling, clinical autonomy, and a supportive team that values clinician growth and mentorship. A license to practice OT is required or eligible in the state.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or geriatric rehabilitation.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL training, and adaptive techniques
• Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals
