Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to empower adults to achieve meaningful outcomes through compassionate, patient-centered care. You will deliver services to the adult/geriatric population, aiming to improve independence, mobility, safety, and overall quality of life in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the relevant state or eligible.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or geriatric rehabilitation.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL training, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs.
