Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is hiring an Occupational Therapist to empower adult and geriatric patients through patient-centered therapy focused on independence, mobility, safety and quality of life. You will deliver services in collaboration with a supportive clinical team.

The role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth in a facility-based setting. Candidates should be licensed OT in Florida or eligible, with interest in geriatric rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or geriatric rehabilitation.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL training, and adaptive techniques to help patients perform daily tasks.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs.
