Job summary

Miami Jewish Health is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (Florida PACE Centers) to provide OT services under supervision of the OT. The role includes assisting in assessments, implementing treatment plans, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to meet participants’ needs.

Requires Florida OTA licensure and BLS. Minimum 2 years' experience is preferred. Onsite work with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA-approved curriculum with Florida licensure.
• Preferred 2 years of experience in an OT setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist OT in assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Implement OT programs and document progress timely.
• Collaborate with IDT and participate in family meetings.
• Provide supervision to rehabilitation aides as directed.
