Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduated from an American Occupational Therapy Association accredited OTA program.
• Valid CA OTA license required to practice in California.
• At least one year helping frail/elderly populations with OT services.
• BLS certification current at hire and maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized OT interventions focusing on cognitive, motor, endurance, and daily living skills.
• Deliver therapy per plan of care and coordinate with rehabilitation team.
• Instruct participants, families, and caregivers under supervision of an OT.
• Document care accurately in medical records and adhere to safety policies.
• Maintain equipment and uphold HIPAA and safety standards.
