Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or license eligible in Utah.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services to improve functional independence and safety.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans for ADLs, mobility, and adaptive techniques.
• Assist patients with daily tasks like dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal prep.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support outcomes and continuity of care.
