Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver patient-centered occupational therapy to adults and seniors. You’ll work under an OT in a collaborative clinical setting to improve independence, mobility and quality of life.

Qualifications

• COTA license eligibility or credential required in practice state.
• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Interest in geriatric rehabilitation and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy under OT supervision to improve independence and safety.
• Implement ADL-, strength-, mobility-focused, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Assist patients with daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming and meal prep.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff for outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adjust plans based on progress.
