Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a compassionate, licensed COTA to provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes in Holiday, FL. Join our team to help older adults maintain independence and safety at home with geriatric care.

PRN role offers flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, clinical autonomy, and collaborative support while delivering one-on-one therapy in patients' home settings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Florida COTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the established plan of care.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence and safety.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Recommend and/or provide appropriate treatment equipment and adaptive devices as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to support independence and safety at home.
