Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide patient-centered OT services to adult/geriatric populations. You’ll work under OT supervision to improve independence, mobility, safety and quality of life in a collaborative clinical setting.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, supportive team environment, and opportunities for professional growth, including CEU support and state licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible OTA in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to improve functional independence, safety and quality of life
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, strength, mobility, and adaptive techniques
• Help patients perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor progress to adjust plans as needed
