Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide patient-centered OT services to adults and seniors in a collaborative clinical setting. You will promote independence, safety, and quality of life while following patient progress over time and contributing to meaningful outcomes.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited OTA program, licensed or eligible in Virginia, and passionate about geriatric rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or license eligible in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services to adults and geriatric patients.
• Implement treatment plans focused on ADLs, mobility, safety and independence.
• Document patient progress and adjust plans to meet rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff to ensure continuity of care.
