Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver patient-centered occupational therapy to adult and geriatric populations. You will follow patient progress over time, focusing on independence, mobility, safety and quality of life in a collaborative clinical setting.

This role emphasizes clinical autonomy, mentorship and dedicated support to clinicians, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth within a trusted therapy

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for COTA licensure in state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT to improve independence, safety and quality of life.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focusing on ADLs, mobility and functional tasks.
• Assist patients with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, meal prep.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff to support outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adjust plans based on progress.
