Job summary

The Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide patient-centered therapy to adults and seniors. You will help improve independence, mobility, safety and quality of life in a collaborative clinical setting.

The role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling and opportunities for mentorship and professional growth while delivering high-quality care in geriatric rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• COTA or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT to improve functional independence, safety and quality of life.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, strength, mobility and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing and grooming.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff to support outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient progress.
