Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to empower adults and seniors through patient-centered therapy in a collaborative clinical setting. You will provide occupational therapy services to the adult/geriatric population, focusing on independence, mobility and quality of life.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure functional outcomes and clinical autonomy, while benefiting from flexible scheduling and career growth

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to help patients improve functional independence, safety and quality of life.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, strength, mobility and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming and meal preparation.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on rehabilitation needs.
