Therapy Management Corporation is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide patient-centered occupational therapy to adults and seniors in a collaborative clinical setting. You will support functional independence, mobility, and safety while maintaining treatment plans and documentation.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services under the direction of an OT to improve functional independence and safety.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, strength and mobility.
• Help patients perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming and meal preparation.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adjust treatment plans based on rehab needs.
