Job summary

Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center in Baltimore, MD, is seeking an Occupational Therapist who evaluates patients and plans and administers therapies to restore or improve physical, cognitive, and emotional function. You will implement therapy with self-care tasks, work skills, muscle re-education, and therapeutic activities in accordance with AOTA standards.

The role requires a BA/BS or MS in Occupational Therapy, 1–3 years of experience, and Maryland OT licensure with CPR certification.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or MS in Occupational Therapy.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• American Heart Association CPR Certification.
• Maryland Occupational Therapist License.

Responsibilities

• Implements therapy to patients utilizing self-care tasks, work skills, muscle re-education, therapeutic activities, etc.
• Provides professional care in accordance with AOTA standards and Maryland Board of Examiners scope of practice.
