Job summary

Stadium Place Nursing & Rehab Center in Baltimore, MD is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for full-time employment. You will provide direct patient care, assess medical condition and rehabilitation potential, and develop individualized treatment plans under physician direction.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care to assess medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals determined by patient capacity and tolerance under Physician direction.
• Document and record patient condition and educate patients and families in appropriate therapy methods.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient-centered treatment and care.
