Job summary

Horsham Center for Jewish Life in Montgomery County, PA seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a collaborative therapy team. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities to help residents improve independence and quality of life in a supportive care environment.

The OT will evaluate residents, develop personalized treatment plans, and work with the interdisciplinary team to maximize independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in good standing required.
• Experience working with the geriatric population preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services based on physician orders.
• Establish appropriate short- and long-term goals.
• Implement and modify treatment plans based on resident progress and clinical needs.
• Monitor resident response to treatment and document progress.
• Participate in resident assessments and care plan development.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide resident-centered care focused on maximizing independence and quality of life.
