Boulder Canyon Health and Rehabilitation in Boulder, CO is seeking a dedicated Full Time Occupational Therapist for our in-house rehab program.

Responsibilities include screening and evaluating patients, developing care plans, delivering rehabilitative and wound care therapies, and generating discharge summaries while meeting regulatory standards. OT license is required; new grads are welcome to apply. This role supports our CAPLICO-inspired care approach.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs, developing care plans compliant with regulatory standards.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled therapy and wound care interventions per clinical guidelines.
• Perform ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use assistive devices as part of the plan of care.
• Provide counseling to patients and families regarding physical disorders and discharge planning.
