Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, Colorado is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide personalized care to our residents across the continuum of care. You will support daily living activities, implement individualized care plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to meet residents' physical, emotional and clinical needs.

A CPR certification and an active OT license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year’s experience with the older adult population preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic occupational therapy to residents across the continuum of care.
• Support daily living activities and respect residents' preferences and routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs.
