Job summary

Milestone Health and Rehabilitation in Littleton, CO is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join our in-house team. You will have the freedom to create and implement programs to meet the needs of your patients, with strong orientation, training and ongoing support as we grow.

The role involves conducting screenings, delivering rehabilitative interventions, and coordinating discharge summaries. Open to new grads; CAPLICO values guide our work and patient care.

Qualifications

• OT license required.
• Open to OT candidates at all experience levels; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Assist with regular standing, walking, lifting, transferring, and repositioning as part of care.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan (manual techniques, exercises, modalities, devices, wound care).
• Provide consultation to patients, families, caregivers and other providers.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in compliance with requirements.
