Arvada Care and Rehabilitation Center in Arvada, CO is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. You will perform screenings, evaluations, and develop care plans to support physical functioning and wound care within regulatory standards.

• Occupational Therapist license is required.
• Open to Occupational Therapists at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; develop care plans per regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Assist with standing/walking, lifting, transferring, and repositioning as needed.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan (manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, devices, wound care).
• Provide counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries complying with regulatory and clinical requirements.
