Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks an Occupational Therapist to empower adult/geriatric patients with compassionate, patient-centered care. You will support independence, mobility and safety through personalized therapy and clinical autonomy in a collaborative clinical setting.

The role emphasizes quality outcomes, consistent care and strong team mentorship, with opportunities to follow patient progress over time in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed OT or eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care or geriatric rehabilitation.
• Patient-centered care with focus on improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety and quality of life.
• Deliver care through ADL training, therapeutic activities and adaptive techniques.
• Assist patients with daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming and meal preparation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff to support outcomes.
• Track progress, document clinically and adapt treatment plans as needed.

Education

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or license eligible in the state of practice

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Program
