Santa Rosa Care Center in Tucson, AZ is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab program, delivering therapy that aligns with regulatory standards and evidence-based practice.

The ideal candidate holds OT licensure, is open to all experience levels, and will contribute to comprehensive care planning, patient progress notes, and discharge summaries. Pay is $40-$50 per hour based on experience, with benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with state licensure.
• Open to applicants of all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen/evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL disorders and develop a plan of care.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to guide interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures (ADL retraining, exercises, modalities, devices).
• Assess progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record.
• Communicate with supervisor and health team about progress and plans.
• Provide comprehensive discharge summaries as required.
