Job summary

Renewal Rehab seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities. In this onsite role, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, cognition, and safety.

You’ll document in EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in good standing.
• Experience delivering occupational therapy in senior care settings.
• Onsite full-time availability in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, cognition, and safety.
