Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed nurses and care staff.
• Direct and evaluate staff performance; address issues.
• Oversee medication administration per Nurse Practice Act; audits.
• Provide ongoing training and education for resident care staff.
• Maintain resident charts and ensure proper documentation.
• Assess residents, develop individualized service plans, and monitor progress.
• Coordinate care with physicians and families; prep for appointments.
• Assist in admissions and pre-admission assessments.
