Job summary

The Village at Gleannloch Farms is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to oversee daily healthcare operations in a 35-bed skilled nursing community in Texas. You will supervise licensed nurses, ensure quality care, and mentor care staff to maintain resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN or LPN with a current license in Texas.
• Two years’ experience in geriatric nursing with strong leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed nursing staff and direct care staff.
• Assign and direct work, appraise performance, and address issues.
• Provide ongoing training and supervision of medication administration.
• Educate resident care staff with ongoing training.
• Maintain resident charts and review caregiving documentation.
• Assess residents' health status and plan individualized services.
